the breakfast buffet had a wide range satisfying many dietary needs.
the bathroom door handle felt loose and was damaged at the bottom it made a lot of noise with the wind the transfer service to the airport was disappointing i had booked a taxi for early morning but it arrived forty-five minutes later i nearly missed my flight.

The room felt expansive. It had a lovely view. The charging point for my electric vehicle proved convenient. There were many parking spots available, too.
The transfer to the airport gave me cause to worry. It was very disappointing. I booked a taxi, but it arrived much later than booked. This situation created a lot of stress when I tried to reach my plane.

the breakfast offered a wide range of options to satisfy diverse dietary needs a chef prepared fresh pancakes omelettes and fried eggs on demand. my room was larger than expected it included a coffee machine complimentary water coffee pods tea bags shampoo lotion and conditioner. cleanliness was apparent throughout the premises and the staff were consistently cute and helpful from reception onwards
i noticed that there were no wardrobe and clothes hanging facilities available in the room.

the staff was helpful and friendly. the hotel offers a level of service comparable to many five-star hotels. i liked the complimentary candy and the pillow spray. these little touches are rare now.
the reception explained they have an exclusive agreement with a taxi company. i needed to pay for a voucher at the reception. the taxi was 25 minutes late and i missed my meeting. the car was dirty. the driver did not know the way and needed gps navigation. it was an issue.
